Judith A. Raffard, LMT
Judith is the Owner/Director/Therapist of BodyWork Benefits Wellness Center, located in Honeoye, NY. She is NYS licensed and insured, and has been in practice since 2003. She received her certifications from Finger Lakes Community College with an A.A.S. degree in Therapeutic Massage Integrated Health Care in 2003. She is a member of The American Massage Therapy Association and has been on the Advisory Board Committee for the massage program at Finger Lakes Community College. Judith is more than happy to sit on discussion panels for current students, as well as filling in as an instructor for certain classes within the program.
You may also run into Judith at different events doing chair massage at a variety of charity event. She is also a co-founder of Embrace Your Sisters.org, which is a not-for-profit organization that provides emergency funds to people with breast cancer in the Finger Lakes region.
Being a seasoned therapist Judith has studied and practiced a wide variety of massage techniques throughout the past years including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point, pregnancy, sport, and many other relaxation modalities. Her experience has allowed her clients to heal through the power of her touch as well as in conjunction with physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, acupuncturists and other professional colleagues. The integrated massage techniques she incorporates into each session make them unique and tailored to fit the needs of her clients. Judith is also very compassionate in treating people with physical and developmental disabilities, as well as the elderly.

Nancy Jean Benton, L. Ac., LMT
Nancy J. Benton is an NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. She holds a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and is an NCCAOM Diplomate of Acupuncture, a National Board Certification. She has been in practice as an L.Ac. and L.M.T. for many years. Nancy attended the Finger Lakes School Of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at NYCC, Seneca Falls, NY.
After graduation, and licensing, Nancy was hired by NYCC to be a Graduate Assistant Acupuncturist at Canandaigua, NY’s Veteran’s Administration Hospital.
Also during this time, Nancy traveled with her alma mater to study Acupuncture and Tuina Massage technique at Zhejiang Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Hangzhou, China.
Nancy’s undergraduate (B.S.) degree was earned in Horticulture and Small Business at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Ca. Nancy is currently practicing at PainAway Acupuncture, 209 S. Main Street, Canandaigua, NY.
